Daily Thoth Deck Tarot Card Brief: The Aces-Ace of Cups

THE ACE OF CUPS:
The Root Powers of Water.
To be sure, this is not physical water anymore that Ace of Wands is physical fire; However, the Ace of Wands is Kether ( The Dark Energy) acting upon Binah (The Great Dark Ocean of Dark Matter) causing a rippling effect--a motion that acts upon and directs pure consciousness. This is the Original Feminine Form and is the feminine compliment to the Ace of Wands.
Qaballah is about motion and Form and those images of form and motion are represented on the Tarot cards. The Ace of Wands is the "First Motion" (First Energy-Motion-idea) and the Ace of Cups is the First Form (The Grail-the form of -understanding). This is the most secret and mysterious first form of water and/or flowing ripples that form spirals (dimensions) and is a form unseen by human eyes.
In human emotional terms, this card does represent emotional balance and expressing accurately what is in your nature. As seen on the card is also the flowing representation of the open channel of feeling, sentiment,  empathy, sympathy, or enthusiasm. This would be the time for connecting, and becoming vulnerable in order to receive.  This would be a state much like a Channel Medium must achieve to receive the flowing messages of Spirit.  There is also an Ecstasy here, an intense feeling of love of life and the courage to live out the full range of emotions. Fearless Feeling and expressing those feelings.  Channeling the Force of Emotion by absorption and assimilation of the emotions or love rising up from within. Even  the beginning of new emotions, is denoted here. The Ace of Cups may also be called The Womb of allconsciousness. I like to call Binah---The Womb with a view. She is the Feminine flow of Magnetic force and thus not seen by human eyes but she is the reason energy forms into manifested being.  So when this card is thrown during a reading, it means that the Querent, is either experiencing the flow of new emotions or opening up and flowing their deepest feelings. They could also be able to "channel the flow of Spirit" as a channel medium. Observing how the nature of the surrounding cards would clarify this picture. It is a One year card, so during the period of One year, the Querent would find that the gift of emotional balance is available to be used and drawn upon, even to the point of becoming a channel medium. This is a card of the First Form of Emotion, so if other cups (emotional water) surround it they are being stimulated by great emotional feelings that emanate from the Ace of Cups.  To let go to such deep and powerful inner feelings, could require a few tissues for catching the tear filled releases that should not be a cause for embarrassment, but for rejoicing. Tarot readers should always keep a box of tissues handy because Spirit often heals during these readings! We are all blessed by this Mystery of  E-Motion, it is our first Form born from the Womb of Dark Matter!
