THE TEN OF WANDS: The Spiral Tarot and Thoth Tarot Card Comparisons.

In the Thoth Deck, the 10 of Wands, is called Lord of Oppression, and is Saturn in Sagittarius. There are Angels attributed to the Decan, Reyayel and Avamel. Angels are really another angle of evolutionary Intelligence...but one we are not subservient to as we are "un-ruled", rather than the rule. The Whole of us (the invisible 99.6% and the Visible.4%) is called the "Divine Child" and or Son /Sun of God or the solar or fiery Intelligence. The Angels are servants to the Law, while we are "outlaws" and can break the law with freedom of choice .  For example, in the Universe the sub-atomic particles preform in a natural way,  either in waves or particular motion; upon observation, we make electrons preform as waves or particles, just by observational belief.  Also in terms of the Divine Creative, the Law is Love; However, we can "fall" out of love by our imaginary belief. Thus, angels are ruled by God, mankind is ruled by his/her own freedom to chose, i.e. each to their own imagination; often a very painful burden to those who don't rule themselves. We don't bow down to Angels or Demons, we talk to them face to face, as any other part of the family, as we are the Greatest of Angels or the most Malicious of Demons. We are not just from the Elohim (gods), the Divine Creative gave us rule over them! We are the living gods as our power is inherited from the Divine Creative as "hands (yods) of the Divine Creative. There is nothing that we can't ruin, or repair, or create.Yes, dear fear ridden ecology reader,  arguably we were created to G.M.O the Universe!

Now I don't have room in this blog to quote the bible (...where the angels found the women of men handsome and married them) nor the Sumerian clay tablet texts of the Annunaki ("those who from the Sky came..."), nor the Dogon of Africa and their knowledge of the Sirians who came to earth and distributed their DNA. Nor the Mayan and Quetzalcoatl. These you may look up for yourself. Nor will I go on about the arguable fact that Noah, was "the Noah", a Galactic People who traveled Space for 40 light years, on a generation ship, bring their frozen zygotes to the earth and populating it... all of which is another "can of worms", so to speak. Let's just say, we are not whom we think we are and that our so called academics and leaders, have lied to us for generations by controlling information in order to oppress our imaginations with revisionism.  After all for one to lead, one must create followers; either by indoctrination or dogma, i.e. oppression. But, think and you shall shed ignorance, for all theology, mythology and even some science, came from "winged beings"...Wings symbolizing "those who from the sky came".  Read the Vendantas of the  Bagavagita ...very interesting!

The ancient Greeks called us Daemons, (God Men- the Children of Angel and human mating) the Hebrews called us the Nefillim, offspring of "angels who fell to earth" and men because by our own perspectives and observation, we can change reality....No other manifestation of the Divine can do that! So ,when the Hierophant of the Divine Creative says to you,"If you wish to speak to me, you must stand", this is not just "tough love", it is also a statement of equality...we are made of all the power that ever was or will be...now!

The  THOTH TEN OF WANDS-Oppression; is Malkuth in Aziluth ( see previous blog), and is the influence of Malkuth in the world of  Pure Spirit. Where upon the destructive powers of Saturn (Geburah-Severity) are amplified by the swiftness of Sagittarius, leading to selfishly applied material force, and often cruelly. The suggestion of the crude club like wands, and the Dorjes (Tibetan spear- like symbols of Thunderbolts) suggests, cruelty, malice, overbearing force and energy. even injustice. However, one must understand that a certain amount of energy must be oppressed at all times, for form to exist. Energy must be contained in a "Thought Form" before it can become manifest.

Therefore, as illustrated in the Spiral Tarot Ten of Wands, we can oppress our own motion by taking on too many burdens. One might even say a form of martyrdom, which no matter how magnanimous, is unnecessary. We are all Spirit, and thus all capable to carry our own loads. By thinking "we are the only one who can do it", whatever it is, we are being prejudicial. We oppress by bowing to the imagined weakness of others or ourselves.  The Truth is, we are also oppressing the motion of others, by doing "it" for them, rather than teaching them how to do "it".  To me, martyrdom, is a form of seeking superiority by making others inferior to ourselves. Too seek "goodness" by oppressing the value of others, is also oppressing our own development.

However, no matter your belief, too much oppression of energy-in-motion (emotion) leads too disaster ; like electricity, water or fire, energy resists this oppression, and will "slip its bonds" at any sign of weakening. Sometimes destructively so.
Often the oppression of our own ability to act, is because of our own self-perspective, most of us tend to be more cruel to ourselves than to others, because we often fear our "bad" selves more than others. We can escape this cycle of destruction if we understand that  the oppression we feel, is often the personal mind being told by the Inner Self, to change perspectives. We feel oppression so we can identify it and act.  The sooner we act the better, as it's better to pop a balloon, than an over pressurized air tank.

Often, by taking things too seriously, we fail to use the power of mirth, that cracks the veneer of perspective, so that we can see beyond our self made prison of "I can't". Truth being, "I Can't", usually means "I am afraid to" and/or "I don't want to"
; because as we all know, with impassioned focus, we can accomplish anything. Besides, if you don't want to do something, just say so!  That's the beautiful side of "freedom of choice".  So remember this, we use "thought" to oppress energy, for creation's sake, as energy must be confined to create form; including our own, but eventually, because change is the only constant in this energy Universe, that oppression will end and new creation must begin.  Energy will free itself, and move. Those who are freely changing their perspectives, will find that the once feared end we call death, is merely a movement towards another perspective and will experience what the Tibetan's call "reincarnation", which is also simply expanding and liberating one's personality by change of perspective. By fearing an end, you have one, by not fearing and end, you consciously experience transformation.

When the Ten of Wands is thrown during a divination, it implies:
  • Taking on too much responsibility, in a relationship, business or career.
  • One must learn to delegate.
  • Stop being a martyr.
  • Repressed sex energy that can cause perversion.
  • The  conclusion of disruption and disorder of harmonious and stable energy.
  • Emotional disruption due to oppressing ones emotional expression.
  • The disenchantment is final, but since one has nothing more to lose, one can just as well risk a new beginning.
  • The end of a disease, healing is begun.
Thank you for your interest, support, and comments. May you live long and prosper.
